    Returns — Eligibility & Window

    30-Day Window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

    Condition: For health and hygiene reasons, intimate items must be unused, with all factory hygiene seals/tamper-evident seals intact, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened, used, or soiled items cannot be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened or used intimate items (any product that contacts the body once unsealed).
    • Consumables: lubricants, toy cleaners, batteries, etc. once opened.
    • Gift cards and digital products.
    • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance – non-returnable at the time of purchase.

    How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

    1. Verify eligibility (see above) and ensure all hygiene seals are intact.
    2. Email Customer Care Assistance at info@buttpluglovers.com with your order number, item description, and reason for return.
    3. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with return instructions and the correct warehouse address. Unauthorized returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.
    4. RMA is valid for 14 days from issuance. Please ship within this period and provide the tracking number if requested.

    Note: Failure to follow the RMA instructions may delay processing or result in refusal of the return.

    Fees, Shipping & Responsibility

    • Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • Return Postage (All Returns): You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • No COD: We cannot accept cash-on-delivery returns.
    • In-Transit Risk: Use a trackable service and consider shipping insurance for items over $75. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    Damaged in Transit: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a carrier claim and replacement.

    Defective Items: If your item is defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos/video and your order number. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement of the same item (subject to stock) or an exchange/store credit.

    Refunds — Processing Time & Method

    After your return is delivered to our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 2–5 business days. Your bank/card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit. Where applicable, refunds are issued minus the restocking fee.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are available within 30 days for items that are defective or damaged. In your email include your order number, item description, and photos/video of the issue. Depending on stock, we may ship a replacement or provide store credit/refund after inspection.

    Undeliverable or Refused Packages

    If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we can reship (additional shipping may apply) or treat it as a return per this policy after receipt and inspection.
