Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To Return a Product:

1. Make sure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable.
2. Contact Customer Care Assistance at info@buttpluglovers.com with your return request.
3. In your message, please reference the item description and order number. Our customer service team will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and detailed instructions for returning your item. All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Ensure you provide proof of purchase when returning your item.

Note: Failing to follow our return policy will result in an inability to process your return request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items valued over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (If Applicable):

2. Include the item description, order number, and details of the defect. If the defect is visible, please attach photos showing the issue. Providing all necessary information will help expedite the process.
3. Make sure to follow the exchange policy to ensure smooth processing. Failing to do so may result in an inability to complete your exchange request.
